Balance
An area in life we all work toward, Balance. When we are in one thing too much and something else, not enough our equilibrium feels off. The goal I have always worked hard to achieve is to have a Balance in my life. It's a worthy goal and something the sport of Triathlon makes me feel like I can do. You can't just focus on one sport, you have to give attention to all three in order to be your best. It's a metaphor for the other areas of your life. Think of your life like triathlon training. If an area needs more attention spend it there, but remember to put time into other areas as well, because when your off, that poor elephant is gonna land on his trunk. Ouch! Triathleta/Caroline
